Geograph - photograph every grid square

Syke's REGISTER of REMARKABLE EVENTS (1830) recounts: When the workmen were digging the foundation of a circular addition to the north side of the church at Bedlington, they discovered three monumental stones, on which were cut out a sword, the cross of which was decorated with ribbons, and human figures. One one stone was inscribed
"Orapro nobis ". The bones of a human being were also found close to the buttress of the steeple. They were supposed to be the remains of Cuthbert Watson, a noted somnambulist. On February 14th, 1669, he rose in his sleep, and wandering to the church, climbed up the buttress on the north side of the steeple. A person passing at the time, being alarmed for
his safety, called to poor Watson, who awoke, fell, and was killed on the spot. This story is verified by tradition, the parish register, and the date cut upon the buttress, called "Watson's Wake".

Is this inscription still visible? I see no 'church with steeple' on the OS map - only one with a tower.
