Sea wall boulders
The sea wall that supports Abereiddi Common and parking for visitors' cars, is made of giant boulders to withstand the battering of the stormy seas in winter. Nevertheless it needs continual maintenance and recently there have been proposals to let it go. This will eventually mean the collapse of the car parking area above and a considerable loss of access and amenity.
