Although the petrol pumps are hemmed in by cars for sale, I think they are still operational: 127.9p for a litre of unleaded and 140.9p for diesel would seem to be fairly recent prices. The ST3903 : Kittwhistle: post office can be seen beyond, within the garage shop.
