King's Head Public House, Enfield
Looking across the deserted market place (photograph taken Sunday afternoon) towards the former King's Head public house. The building to the left of the King's Head used to be a cinema, then a bingo hall, now empty. The grey building was a Burton's Tailors in the 1960s/1970s, with a Court School of Dancing upstairs. The ballroom is now a snooker hall and the former tailoring shop is a building society.
