Honeysuckle berries
Honeysuckle berries
The familiar flowers of the honeysuckle (Lonicera periclymenum) produce less familiar, translucent berries in tight, glowing clusters of 5 or 6. They look tempting but are not edible except by birds and small mammals.
Seen here on the coast path with immature ivy berries behind.
