Tunnel Entrance
This is the beach side entrance to the tunnel which connects the beach to the village. The miners who cut the tunnel exploited one of the weaker bands in the granite which can be seen rising from the top of the tunnel. This accounts for the slanted profile of the tunnel entrance.
