See J3273 : The Westlink, Belfast (19). Heavy and persistent rain over the last 2-3 weeks followed by a deluge on 16 August lead to the recently-opened Broadway underpass becoming flooded. The media reported 20 feet of water. When this was taken at 09.00 the following day the fire brigade had already been pumping for some time. The view is towards the Grosvenor Road and the M2.
