near to Nolton Haven, Pembrokeshire/Sir Benfro, Great Britain

Off track at Black Cliff
What is not obvious from this photo is the extent of overgrown zigzagging paths down to the water's edge.They were not made by frequent human passage so I assume that they were made in connection with nearby Trefrane Colliery to get the coal to waiting vessels.This area would be easier to access that at the edge of the valley where the chimney is as the drop to the water there is great.
