East Moor Park - the creation of a new village in the countryside
Planning permission was given to build about 65 'holiday' homes in the country. Now people are challenging the restricted use and want permanent residency. What I don't understand is how ANY planning permission was granted for so many houses in a very rural area with the only access via narrow lanes when other people can't even get permission to put up a shed?
