From our viewpoint on Freezing Hill we now look south east. The Lam Brook runs through the valley before us, the slopes on the left lead up to Charmy Down just out of the picture, with the top of Little Solsbury Hill just creeping into the frame.
The A46 from Cheltenham runs across thankfully hidden in a cutting, parts of Lower Swainswick and Lambridge can be seen. Bathampton Down ST7765 rises beyond.
