SN7851 : Pen y Gurnos
5 km from Ystradffin, Carmarthenshire/Sir Gaerfyrddin, Great Britain

Pen y Gurnos
Just emerging from the bog Link
, this individual rock seems to mark the top of the hill. In fact, this is just the northeastern end of the ridge. The eagle-eyed may be able to make out the summit trig point on the bump just left of centre in the distance. It is about 500m away. On the far left (south), the northern rim of Dalarwen forest Link
can just about be seen.
